Workshops for Black Belts:

For who:
These courses are available to all Hapkido practitioners from 2 ° kub degree holders, and any other martial art practitioners from 2 ° kub and later.

Objectives Black Belts - workshops.
Through style and technical training to an increase in knowledge and skills.
It is not the case that you can become a black belt only by following a number of black belt workshops. The fact is, however, that during these lessons the candidate will be prepared to his future Dan exam.
During the lessons where a lot of particular themes (such as traps...) will be treated, the applicant is required to show (together with his partner) his capabilities within that theme.
This will be evaluated and, if the level is not enough, the candidate will be approached and will receive constructive criticism.

During those workshops the total Sin Moo Hapkido package will pass on.

To be able to offer those workshops as efficiently as possible, it was decidedby the Belgian-Dutch Sin Moo Hapkido Association that the participants should be writing in. On the one hand, in order to encourage the participants to take part in the black belt workshops and at the other hand this will be the most efficient way to offer the right package per group.

The contibution to the workshops amounts 64,00 € for the 8 workshops (price for members of the BDSMHA)
and has to be transfered before September 07, 2011

Eerste World Kido topconferentie verenigt meer dan 180 Martial kunstenaars uit de hele wereld waaronder ook een Belgische delegatie.

18 tot 20 maart 2011 - San Francisco Bay Area, California

De eerste Wereld Kido Federatie / Hanminjok Hapkido Association topconferentie ontving meer dan 180 deelnemers voor de allereerste World Kido Federatie Lid topconferentie. Wat neerkomt op 17 Amerikaanse staten, 10 verschillende landen en 5 continenten. De deelnemers kwamen samen om te vieren wat het beste is in Korean Martial Arts: opleiding, kameraadschap, vriendschap en samenwerking.
Grootmeester, meesters en leden deelden hun ervaringen, wisselden ideeën uit en ondersteunden elkaar als Koreaanse Martial Artists. Een belangrijk thema in het weekend werd het leiderschap voor de organisatie en voor de Koreaanse Martial Arts in het algemeen. Tot de onderwerpen behoorden organisatorische updates, de toekomst van de Koreaanse Martial Arts, leiderschap in de Martial Arts gemeenschap, de huidige strategie en toekomstige plannen voor de World Federation Kido / Hanminjok Hapkido Association, evenals een intensieve tweedaagse training met Grootmeester In Sun Seo, president / voorzitter van de World Federation Kido / Hanminjok Hapkido Association. Vier 9de Dan Grootmeesters waaronder Rony Dassen uit Rekem (Lanaken), zeven 8ste Dan Grootmeesters, zeven 7de Dan Masters, vijf 6de Dan Masters waaronder Steven Dassen, meer dan veertig 5e Dan en andere hoge Masters droegen bij aan deze gedenkwaardige gebeurtenis.
De World Federation Kido / Hanminjok Hapkido Association Lid top was echt een historische gebeurtenis die een blijvende impact zal hebben over de toekomst van de Koreaanse Martial Arts.
De Belgische delegatie bestond behalve uit de eerder genoemde Rony Dassen en Steven Dassen ook uit 2de Dan meesters Peter Dupont (Rekem) en Carine Hermans (Rekem), 1ste Dan meesters Eddy De Paus (Diepenbeek) en David Varlamoff (Lanaken) en 2de Kub Jimmy Roumans (Rekem).
